What does recruiting cost?
Recruiting is free to join as part of Sales & Marketing. Outfitter builds and runs your hiring ads at no extra charge. You pay the ad spend from your tokens at cost plus 30%: 130 tokens, or $1.30, per $1 of ads. So $300 of hiring ads uses 39,000 tokens, or $390.
Who it’s for: Owners who want to know exactly what a hiring ad will cost before they run one.
What happens with the money
- You join Sales & Marketing and save a card. Nothing is charged.
- You buy tokens when you choose, any amount from $35, or let auto-refill keep things running.
- You set a hiring ad budget. It’s separate from your customer ad budget.
- As the ad runs, spend comes out of your tokens at cost plus 30%. Your workspace shows where every token went.
What common ad budgets cost in tokens
Hiring ads use the same rate as Facebook ads: 130 tokens per $1 of ad spend.
| Ad spend | Tokens | In dollars |
|---|---|---|
| $300 of ads | 39,000 | $390 |
| $500 of ads | 65,000 | $650 |
| $1,000 of ads | 130,000 | $1,300 |
You choose the amount and can change it any time.
What it costs
Free to join. Hiring ads: 130 tokens per $1 of ad spend (your ad spend + 30%). 1 token = 1¢. Buy tokens from $35; they never expire.
What it won’t do
- There’s no monthly fee for Recruiting and no charge to build or change the ad.
- Hiring ad spend has its own budget, so it never eats into your customer ads.
- Pause or stop any time. Unused tokens stay in your account.
- No contracts.
An example
A roofing company needs two crew members before storm season. The owner sets $300 of hiring ads for the month. That’s 39,000 tokens, or $390, from the same balance as his customer ads. Once both spots are filled, he pauses the ad. The rest of his tokens stay put.
