These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutfitterAI services, including the intelligence platform, play library, coaching services, and any related tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by OutfitterAI ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, enrolling in the pilot program, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OutfitterAI provides business intelligence analysis for field service businesses in the trades. The Service ingests business data you provide, analyzes it against a network benchmark dataset, and delivers monthly briefings, play recommendations, and coaching support. The Service is designed for business use by owner-operators and their authorized team members.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
OutfitterAI may offer a free pilot period ("Pilot") to qualifying businesses. During the Pilot:
Paid plans are billed monthly, charged when you enroll. Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of enrollment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. OutfitterAI does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
30-day money-back guarantee. New paid subscriptions are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge, we will refund that first month's subscription fee. The guarantee applies once, to your initial subscription charge only; it does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals or to usage-based token top-ups. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@getoutfitter.ai within the 30-day window.
For website products, your subscription begins when your design/mockup is delivered to you, regardless of whether your site has been made live at your desired domain or URL. Making a site live can depend on things outside OutfitterAI's control — for example, access to your domain registrar or DNS settings, hosting or third-party account credentials, your review and approval of the design, or simply your availability to respond. If your site cannot be made live because of a delay, missing access or approvals, non-responsiveness, or any other circumstance not caused by OutfitterAI, your subscription will continue to be billed on schedule, and no refund, credit, or billing pause will be issued for that period. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve any access or technical issues preventing go-live. If you believe your situation involves unique or extenuating circumstances, contact us and we will review it through our standard customer support process; any billing adjustment remains at OutfitterAI's sole discretion.
You retain all ownership of the business data you provide to OutfitterAI. By submitting data, you grant OutfitterAI a limited license to process, analyze, and store that data for the purpose of delivering the Service. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to:
Plays, briefings, and other outputs generated by the Service are provided for your business use. OutfitterAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these outputs internally. You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense Service outputs to third parties.
Plays and recommendations are provided for informational and strategic purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. Results will vary by business and are not guaranteed.
The OutfitterAI platform, play library, benchmark methodology, and all related software and content are owned by OutfitterAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you beyond the limited license described above.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Service, and to use such information only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
If you provide a phone number to OutfitterAI (via a recorded sales conversation, a web form, or any other supported channel), you authorize OutfitterAI to send you SMS messages from our business number(s) regarding your inquiry, demo, or account. Specifically:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." OutfitterAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis, recommendation, or output. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitterAI's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OutfitterAI in the three months preceding the claim. OutfitterAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by canceling your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
