What does “ad spend plus 30%” mean?
“Ad spend plus 30%” means you pay what your ads actually cost, plus 30% for Outfitter building and running them. In tokens, that’s 130 tokens for every $1 of ads, so $500 of Facebook ads a month is 65,000 tokens, or $650. There’s no monthly fee, no setup fee and no commission on your jobs.
Who it’s for: Contractors comparing Outfitter to an agency retainer or to running their own ads.
How the 30% works in practice
You pick a monthly ad budget, like $300, $500 or $1,000.
Your tokens cover the ads plus 30%: 39,000 tokens ($390), 65,000 ($650) or 130,000 ($1,300).
Your workspace shows where every token went.
Change the amount or stop any time.
What the 30% covers
The 30% is how Outfitter gets paid for doing the work. We build your virtual yard sign and video ads and run them from our accounts. We test headlines and send you every lead. You never log into an ad account.
Prefer a fixed monthly number? Start Hunting New Business is $299 a month for 29,900 tokens. Spend them on whatever works: up to $230 of Facebook and Instagram ads at cost plus 30%, or a mix of ads, Front Desk and postcards.
What it costs
Every kind of ad costs 130 tokens per $1 of ads: Facebook and Instagram, hiring ads, and ChatGPT ads (coming in November). 1 token = 1¢, and you can buy any amount from $35. Your first $10 of Facebook ads is on us.
What it won’t do
No contracts, no setup fee, no commission on your jobs.
Hiring ads run on their own budget, so they never eat into your customer ads.
You choose the amounts and can change them any time.
An example
A lawn care owner sets $300 of Facebook ads for spring. That’s 39,000 tokens, or $390 a month: $300 goes to the ads and $90 covers Outfitter building and running them. In fall he cuts it to zero with one change.
