Is there a contract?

The short answer

No. Outfitter has no contracts: no term to sign, no setup fee and no commission on the jobs you win. You pay for what runs from prepaid tokens. Pause ads, turn off Front Desk or turn off auto-refill whenever you want. Website Professional is $79 a month and cancels any time.

What happens when you want out

Ads: change your budget or stop from your dashboard. Cancel and your ads stop at once.
Postcards: mail you haven’t approved never goes out.
Front Desk: turn forwarding off with one code and your line is exactly as it was.
Website Professional: cancel any time and your site stays up on the free plan.
Tokens: turn auto-refill off and nothing more is charged. Unused tokens stay in your account.

Why there’s no contract

It’s one of the rules we don’t bend: no contracts holding you in. We keep your business by bringing in work you can see. If the ads stop paying for themselves, you should be able to stop them that afternoon.

Every dollar and every lead shows in your dashboard, so you can judge the work yourself.

What it costs

No setup fee and no monthly fee to belong. Two things are monthly and optional. Website Professional is $79 a month (30 days free). Start Hunting New Business is $299 a month. Neither has a contract.

What it won’t do

Tokens you’ve bought stay in your account and never expire.
Front Desk transcripts stay in your workspace until you close the account.
Any Front Desk voice recording is deleted when you ask.
The exclusive-leads zone plan bills monthly in advance and is month to month. Zone changes take effect at your next renewal.

A painter runs ads through spring and summer. In November he pauses them from his dashboard. No phone call to cancel, nothing to sign. His leftover tokens sit in his account until he turns the ads back on in March.

How do I cancel?

There's no plan to cancel. Pause or stop what runs from your dashboard, and turn off auto-refill so nothing more is charged.

Do I sign anything to start?

No. You save a card when you join Sales & Marketing, and nothing is charged. The free website needs no card at all.

Can I cancel Website Professional?

Any time. No contracts. Your site stays up on the free plan.

Does Outfitter take a cut of my jobs?

No. There's no commission on the jobs you win. They're yours.

Is the $1,500 zone plan a contract?

No. It's month to month from day one. Cancel any time, and your ads run to the end of the paid month.
