How do applicants reach my phone?
When someone applies to your Outfitter hiring ad, you get a text and an email right away. Each has their name, phone number and email. There’s no applicant portal to log into and no job board inbox to check. We never text applicants; you decide who to call.
Who it’s for: Trade owners who hire from the truck and want applicants on the phone they already carry.
What happens when someone applies
- A job seeker near your area sees your ad on Facebook or Instagram, with the pay and towns up front.
- They tap Apply and fill in a name, phone and email. They never leave the app.
- Your phone gets a text: “New applicant from your hiring ad,” with their name, number and email. Tap to call.
- The same alert lands in your email inbox.
- In your dashboard, applicants sit apart from customer leads.
Why the application is so short
Job seekers apply from their phones, often on a break. Every extra question loses people. So the application asks only for what you need to reach them: a name, a phone number and an email. Applying takes about 30 seconds.
The screening happens on your call, where you’re good at it anyway. You can tell in a minute whether someone has done the work.
What it costs
Getting applicants to your phone costs nothing extra. You pay only the hiring ad spend, from your tokens at cost plus 30%.
What it won’t do
- Applicants are yours and never shown to anyone else.
- We never text applicants. Reaching out is up to you.
- The application asks only for a name, phone and email. Ask about experience when you call.
- Applicants stay separate from customer leads in your dashboard.
An example
A roofer is on a tear-off at 12:40 on a Thursday. His phone buzzes: a new applicant, Andre P., with a number and an email. At lunch he calls back from the truck. He asks what roofs Andre has worked on and sets a time to meet.
