How do I see every lead in one place?
In your dashboard. Every quote request from every engine is in one place, each with where it came from. You can see what you spent and what it brought in, so you know which engine is paying for itself.
Who it’s for: Owners running more than one way of getting work who want to know which one actually brings jobs.
What you can see
- Every lead, from every engine, with where it came from.
- What you spent and what it brought in, per engine, so cost per lead isn’t a guess.
- Every Front Desk call logged with its transcript, so you can hear what she said.
- On exclusive leads, the range each homeowner saw.
Why one place matters
Most small shops track leads in their head, a notebook and three inboxes. That works until you try to decide where to spend next month. Then nobody knows which postcard drop or ad actually paid off.
With every lead in one place, that question has an answer. Keep what brings jobs. Stop what doesn’t.
What it costs
You pay only for what runs, from one token balance (1 token = 1 cent). Your workspace shows where every token went. On the zone plan, the dashboard is part of what the 30% covers.
What it won’t do
- Your data is walled off. Your leads are never shown to another business and never sold.
- Hiring applicants are kept separate from customer leads, so the two never mix.
- You still get every lead by text or email the moment it comes in. The dashboard is the record, not the only place to find out.
An example
A roofer runs a Facebook ad, a postcard drop and Front Desk in the same month. At month’s end, one screen shows which leads came from the mailbox and which from the feed. It shows what each cost him, too.
