Could an AI estimator work for my trade?
Probably, if your homeowners want to know what the job costs before you visit. Emma was built and proven on basements. That’s the part that gets built for your trade: your questions, your products and a range from your rates. Every account is set up by hand, so start by asking whether your zone is open.
Who it’s for: Trades that sell projects homeowners hesitate on because they don't know the price, from remodels and roofing to landscaping and drainage.
What happens when you ask about your trade
- You tell us your trade and your ZIP. You hear back within one business day.
- We check whether your ad zone is open, look at your Google profile and map the neighborhoods you want mailed.
- We capture how you price work, or start from the trade default, and confirm how far you’ll drive.
- We walk you through it before anything is charged. Ads start within 3 business days of setup.
Ignore the fact that it's basements
The live demo on our exclusive leads page is a basement. That’s the trade we built first and proved it on. Go through it the way a customer would. Answer the questions, pick the finishes, watch the number come back.
Then notice everything you’d know before you got in the truck. That part carries over: the scope, the selections, the budget and whether they actually want to hear from you.
What it costs
The zone plan is $1,500 a month per zone, all in. That’s $1,150 to your ads on Meta at cost and $350 to Outfitter. Month to month. Details on the zone plan page.
What it won’t do
- One contractor per trade per zone. If someone in your trade already holds your zone, it isn’t open.
- The range is a ballpark until you’ve seen the job, in every trade.
- Emma learns your trade before she talks to your homeowners, but she never quotes a number that didn’t come from you.
- Lead counts vary by market. Meta decides how ads deliver.
An example
A landscaper in Edina wants sod, drainage and planting beds priced before he drives out. The homeowner designs the project with Emma, sees his range and asks for a call. He shows up knowing the budget works.
