Outfitter Learn · Trust and control · Question
Who owns my customers and data?
You do. Every lead reaches you the moment it comes in, with name, phone and email. It’s yours to keep, with no commission on the jobs you win. Your customers, leads and applicants are never shown to another business, and never sold.
Who it’s for: Contractors who have paid for shared leads before, or who worry about who sees their customer list.
Where your customers and records go
- A new lead lands in your texts right away, with name, phone and email.
- A job applicant lands on your phone and in your inbox, kept separate from your customer leads.
- Every Front Desk call is saved with a transcript in your workspace, where you can search it.
- Your website stays yours to keep, with no time limit.
If you stop using Outfitter
There’s no contract to get out of. Turn off auto-refill and nothing more is charged. Turn call forwarding off with one code and your line is exactly as it was. Your call transcripts stay in your workspace until you close the account, and any voice recording is deleted when you ask. Cancel Website Professional and your site stays up on the free plan. Unused tokens stay in your account.
What it costs
There is no commission and no revenue share on your jobs. Outfitter is paid only for what runs. Ads are your ad spend plus 30%, and Front Desk calls are 35 cents a minute.
What it won’t do
- Every account is walled off. Your data never crosses into another shop’s.
- Leads are yours to keep, with no commission on the jobs you win.
- We never text your job applicants.
- On the exclusive zone plan, a lead in your zone is never sold to anyone else.
An example
A pest control owner runs Facebook ads through Outfitter all spring. Every lead came to his phone with a name, number and email, and he called them from his truck. In the fall he pauses the ads. The leads, his call transcripts and his website are still his.
