How Emma gets to know your business

Day one, she already speaks your trade. An HVAC agent isn’t a plumbing agent.
Front Desk calls you for a setup interview of about ten minutes, like a new hire on day one.
Hang up, and what she learned shows on your screen in plain words, along with anything she wasn’t sure about.
Notice something off? Call your own line and tell her. She reads it back, you say yes, and the next caller gets the new answer.

Your customers’ words, not textbook words

Each trade has its own dispatch reality, seasons and customer language. Emma starts with yours. In the setup interview she asks what customers call your work.
