Why don’t plans gate features?

Because the agents are the product, and the agents are the same regardless of shop size. A Solo operator gets the full team. A Company gets the full team. The difference is how many seats you need and how much agent work you’re running each month. Feature-gating is what software companies do to push you up; usage-gating is what honest pricing does.
What happens if I hit my monthly agent action cap?

Your agents pause until the cycle resets, you buy more actions from your dashboard, or you upgrade to the next tier. We’ll warn you at 80% and again at 100% so nothing surprises you. Top-ups are available anytime and never expire within your plan year.
Does the Front Desk Agent answer my inbound customer calls?

On self-serve plans, the Front Desk Agent works for you — outbound follow-ups, reminders, lead nurture, customer texts, briefings. Answering inbound customer phone calls is a Custom engagement because we set up the routing, train her on your scripts, and connect her to your phone system properly. Book a strategy call to scope.
How does the 30-day free trial work?

Pick a plan, give us a card, and the first 30 days are free. We’ll set you up, pre-train your agents on your trade, and connect your tools. Cancel any time during the trial and you’re not charged. Most operators decide inside the first week.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the cost. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no renegotiation.
What’s the difference between a Custom engagement and a self-serve plan?

Self-serve is the platform: agents + plays + integrations + insights, the same on every plan. Custom is when we build things around your business — inbound voice answering, custom integrations, branded client portals, field operations tooling, hands-on implementation. Custom is scoped together and priced as an engagement, not a SaaS line item.
Do you integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. The agents work alongside your existing stack via MCP — Jobber, QuickBooks, Google, your spreadsheets, your email, and dozens more. No rip-and-replace. If a system isn’t supported out of the box, we can scope it as part of a Custom engagement.
